The Interdisciplinary Journal of International Studies (IJIS) is a student driven journal that engages a variety of critical questions from the social sciences and humanities. Its contributors are based in the Department of Politics and Society at Aalborg University, Denmark. Bringing together viewpoints from the Master programs of Development and International Relation Studies, European Studies, China Studies and Global Refugee Studies, the global nature of the research topics becomes visible.

The Interdisciplinary Journal of International Studies (IJIS) is again open for submissions. We encourage all current students and recent graduates of the Department of Politics and Society at AAU to send an abstract or expressions of interest. We invite all topics that display the broad, diverse, and interdisciplinary nature of Global Studies and Social Sciences.
The deadline for expression of interest to the current issue is extended until 30th of September and is to be submitted by mail to Eveliina Viivi Lepistö (elepis21@student.aau.dk) and/or Ariadni Zormpa (ariadnizor5@gmail.com).
Publication: We expect to publish the next Issue of IJIS by December 2022.
