In a new study of the Danish municipalities' use of citizen-related data, we take the temperature of data supported administration and look at potentials, perspectives, and solutions.
60% of municipal data users believe that the use of data in task solving has grown in the past year. 78% believe that there is a potential for further data use in their municipality.
